OctoBot Prediction Market is a dedicated distribution of OctoBot, the open-source crypto trading bot, pointed at Polymarket. It offers copy trading of Polymarket profiles, paper trading, a desktop UI, a Telegram interface and self custody: your keys stay on your machine.
The README marks the copy-trading budget and market whitelist as work in progress, the arbitrage bot as under development and Kalshi support as planned. Read the checkboxes, not the headline.
What it does
You point the bot at a Polymarket profile and it mirrors that profile's trades from your account. The README links to polymarketanalytics.com/traders for finding wallets to follow and to GitHub issue 3 for copy-trading progress.
Install options are prebuilt executables for Windows, macOS, Linux and Raspberry Pi, the drakkarsoftware/octobot Docker image under the predictionmarket tag, or python start.py from source. Minimum hardware is 1 core at 1 GHz, 250 MB RAM and 1 GB disk.

Strategy
Copy trading mirrors another wallet. The planned arbitrage strategy buys both sides when the pair costs under 1, which the README explains with a link to a Medium study of Polymarket bots.
Paper trading is the recommended first step, and the README repeats it in the disclaimer.
Setup and requirements
A Polymarket account and its keys, entered through the OctoBot UI. Python from source, or none of it if you use the executable or Docker. The README does not list a Polygon RPC requirement.

Where it falls short
Feature completeness. The two headline strategies are marked in progress or under development in the README itself, and Kalshi is a plan. GPL-3.0 also matters if you intend to fork it into something you sell.
Copy trading on Polymarket carries the usual lag: you fill after the wallet you follow, at a worse price on thin books.
Who should use it
A non-developer who wants a clickable, self-custody Polymarket copy trader and is willing to wait for the budget and whitelist controls. The Docker and executable paths are the easiest installs in this category.
Not for arbitrage yet, and not for Kalshi.
